We recently raised our Series A, marking an exciting phase of growth and expansion.

Role Overview: As the first Customer Success hire at Lantern, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers are delighted with our product and are achieving their desired outcomes. You will own the entire customer activation and onboarding process, build and test workflows, and act as the primary liaison between our customers and our product and engineering teams.
