Role Overview:

As our first Business Development Rep (BDR), you will play a crucial role in driving Lantern's growth by leading strategic outbound campaigns, building relationships through networking events, and contributing significantly to our sales pipeline.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with a year plus experience being a proactive and results-driven individual with a blending sales acumen and creative thinking, capable of identifying and engaging high-value prospects effectively.

You'll work closely with everyone – our Founder/CEO, executives, sales, marketing, and customer success – to optimize outreach, drive meaningful connections, and unlock adjacent market opportunities.
